What is the shortest private office lease term?
The shortest lease term for a private office is 6 months.
Are utilities included?
Yes, all utilities are included. You only pay for your office membership and any add-ons such as credits for printing, conference room hours or snacks.
Do I pay for utilities and internet?
No. We take care of all utilities and business class internet. It's something you don't have to worry about.
Can a guest visit me in my office?
Absolutely. Simply let your guest know to sign-in at the front reception desk when they arrive. You will receive a text message when your guest arrives. Please note that children under certain age are not allowed in the main working area. Please see our house rules.
What is a Virtual Office?
A Virtual office is a perfect option for an entrepreneur who doesn’t need a physical permanent office, but needs to make a great impression on his clients with a prestigious business address.
A Virtual Office option is an affordable option with outstanding perks. A Virtual Office Membership includes mail service, a reception area to greet your guests, fax to email, and 8 Conference room hours per month. Add-on are available such as pay to print and copy and the ability to purchase Conference Room time credits at a member rate of $9.99 per hour.
What is a Hot Desk?
With a Hot Desk Membership you simply come in when you want, select any open desk in the common area, and begin working during business days and business hours. The Hot Desk Membership options are a great way to get out of the house or cafe with fantastic perks.
The Hot Desk Membership is exclusive to you, but you may purchase a Guest Day Pass so that your guest may work along with you in the common area.
If you would like to meet a client or work with a guest, you may also book a conference room by using or purchasing conference room credits.
What is On-Demand Membership Plan?
An On-Demand Membership gives your company access to the Station Loft Works Community Work Space. Your Membership Hot Desk Day Passes are exclusive to you, but you may purchase a Guest Day Pass so that your guest may work along with you in the common area. If you would like to meet a client or work with a guest, you may also book a conference room using your membership conference room hours.
There are two options to choose from:
Option One: 2 Hot Desk Day passes/mo which can be split into 4 half days if you like to split your work day.
OptionTwo: 4 Conference Room hours/mo
When is the building open?
The building is open Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm.
Members with the following Membership Plans and Services have access to the Premises on the main floor ("Prime")*, Monday to Friday 7 am to 7 pm:

Members with the following Membership Plans and Services have access to Premises on the lower floor 24/7:
~ The Garage Private Office
~ The Garage Dedicated Desk in a Shared Private Office
*The main floor ("Prime at Station Loft Works") which hosts many private offices, all Hot Deskers, Conference Rooms and Virtual Office members is open Monday thru Friday between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
*The lower floor ("the Garage at Station Loft Works") is open 24/7. Office members whose office or dedicated desk is located in the Garage have access to their office 24/7 with keycard.
How secure is your facility?
The facility is under 24/7 camera surveillance for your safety. There are several team members and community managers available Monday to Friday 7 am - 7 pm. Our team is also available by text for emergencies during off hours.
Are there late fees?
Yes. Any membership fee or rent that is paid past 5 days after the due date accrues $2/day late fee.
When can I come in to see the offices or a tour?
You may drop by for a tour Monday to Friday 7 am - 7 pm. We will be glad to show you around. You may also call us at 678-540-2538 with any questions.
To maintain a safe and secure cowork space for everyone, we track everyone entering our space. Anyone who is not a member will be asked to sign in at the reception front desk. Each individual guest must sign-in when they arrive to see a member.
Members must be present at all times while their guest(s) are inside the building.
Lost After Hours Keycard
If you misplace or lose your after hours keycard, please text a community manager as soon as possible so that we may deactivate the keycard.
Each replacement keycard is $15.
